Resubbed again. The Eve-grip got the best of me.
Back for yarr, back for good?
Space opera is the name, space is the ga..!? What. This is what i really do. Warp within. jump, warp, dock, buy, sell, place, research, change skill, lock, strip, probe, deploy, hack, analyze, shoot, explore, talk dirty in a empty local...
And the noices on TS, the crackles and the whizzes, thats my push to talk key acting up.
This is my short form musings from
EVE online
I kind of had a small thought about grinding sec status up. But then, watching the pirate activity from my old scouting spots around Verge Vendor i decided i wanted to give it a go again. So i applied to The fine Tuskers again. And i’m back.
Still pulling my hair out because of all my bookmarks spread without folders, all my saved ship setups lost, lost skillplans, grapple with the overview settings, getting a logistics alt ready. Im feeling lika a beginner again, nervously jumping between systems, dodging bullets with a dysfunctional hud and fit.
If you ever going to take a break from Eve, make backups of all things that you can backup.
I dropped my subscription to go on with RL things. And now i’m on my way back. Picking up where i left. -9.6 sec status. All my gear in my old corps home system. Kicked from corp due to MIA. Pirates everywhere!
Starting out on a fresh install, setting up overview and a million of bookmarks with no folders in heavily infested systems is interresting.
Now i just have to decide what to do.
New corp? New focus? Build sec? Build ships? Mine? (no, no mining) Move system?
Is there a pirate friendly, stealth running, exploaration, mini gang pvping, laid back corp out there? Near or in Verge Vendor?
Haven’t posted for quite a while. Will do a couple of quick ones know.
Life in The Tuskers has been great so far. Started with a month semi-out-of-game while on vacation. Traveled around setting up bookmarks, hauling things to my new home 0.4 system.
Now i am started to get settled with everything and all the new people. I learn alot going on roams and listening in on vent. Had som bad luck with the kills, lost alot of ships but keep going at it. On of the worst deaths was by police who shot me down with a cargo full of T2 modules. I completely neglected the security of the system i was in.
Now that my sec status is diving i had to skill up my alt for different roles. Hauling and some isk making. The alt even scouted me in for a suicide gank in high sec. Alt secretly “mined” next to ships in a belt but was scanning their cargo at the same time and bookmaked a asteroid for a warpin point. Fun fun.
Well there is alot to learn on this side of the sec status line. Being red and flashy is sure interesting. Well well, more soon, i guess.
Oh yeah, I went back and killed him. Got a noob rage mail as thanks.

Apparently, the trend for me at the moment is the follow up on my piracy tendencies. I have a stock of Incursus frigates fitted with T1 gear, fit for as much DPS as possible. The ships are piled up in high-sec bordering on low-sec systems.
I’m silently scanning the belts and planets in about 10 systems and sometimes find things to shoot at. But I want more. Where are all the targets? It is so silent, low-sec isn’t THAT bad/dangerous. Low-sec has to many of the HACs and BSs and too few of the cruisers, frigates and industrials etc. When I find a frigate in a belt mining, the person is probably lost or acting bait. Both happened recently.
I want more of the cruisers and destroyers. I’m I looking in the wrong places?
I’ll just go rat while I wait.
I don’t know, but i jumped 2 frigates last night, and popped them. They were in a belt, blinking red and fighting each other. I had no good reason except to try my little Incursus T1-fit.
Where is this violent tendency taking me?
